About Us
India Pack is the Procurement office where International Buyers lean on to source bulk packaging from India. For 10 years we've helped distributors and end-users get the cost of Indian manufacturing without the headache of running it from the other side of the world. We engineer and source FIBCs and flexible packaging, and we treat your supply chain as if it were our own.
Here's the thing about a Big bag: it looks simple, and it really isn't. Its cost and how well it performs are both decided right at the start, in the fabric weight and how well the bag is matched to the load it has to carry. Spec it too heavy and you're paying for material you'll never use; too light and it lets you down in handling. Getting that balance right, on every single order, is the actual work — and it's the part that's almost impossible to manage from a desk an ocean away. We can do it because we've spent ten years doing exactly that, on the factory floor.
That experience is why we form our own view of your bag before any factory quotes it. We know the right fabric weight for a given load, we know which facility in our network holds quality on which spec, and we have a good sense of a fair price before the quote even lands. So when one comes in that doesn't add up, we question it rather than just passing it along. The price you get is sharp because the bag is specified correctly — not because a corner has quietly been cut.
We've supplied well over 25 million bags through a network of 10+ audited manufacturers, and we don't run a factory of our own. That's on purpose. It means we can put each order with the facility that genuinely suits it best, instead of nudging you toward one we happen to own. You'll always know who's making your goods, too: once you approve, we share the manufacturer's details and you order directly in their name. We earn our keep by managing the quality and the paperwork around that relationship, not by standing between you and the factory.
And none of this shows up as a markup. There's no separate fee, no commission. Our margin sits inside one all-inclusive price you can hold up, like for like, against your current suppliers. Because we bring steady volume across our network, we're able to secure terms an individual buyer rarely can — so all that convenience comes without the premium you'd normally expect to pay for it.
So that's India Pack: ten years of FIBC know-how, the independence to put you at the right factory, and a price that stands on its own. Tell us what you're packing and where it's headed, and we'll take it from there.
The Person Behind India Pack
Deepali Garg
Co-Founder INDIA PACK
India Pack started in 2016, but Deepali's work with bulk bags began well before that. She spent the early part of her career inside established FIBC manufacturers and exporters in India, including Commercial Syn Bags and Emmbi Industries, learning the product from the factory side: how a bag is built, how it's exported, and where its cost and quality are really decided. With more than 17 years across FIBC marketing, sales, and account management, she understands both the product and the people buying it.
Working both sides of that trade, she saw a gap. International buyers wanted the cost advantage of Indian manufacturing but had no one on the ground to manage the detail it takes to get a bag right. India Pack was her answer to it. Because she understands manufacturing and exports so well, she built the way we work around avoiding mistakes before they happen: the spec checks and artwork reviews that catch issues while they're still cheap to fix, and a defined process at every stage. That's what spares our clients the rework and lost time that sourcing from abroad usually involves.
She's just as deliberate about communication. Deepali stays in front of every stakeholder, keeps the line clear, and follows up before anyone has to ask. That habit is how India Pack earned its reputation for being responsive.
And none of this depends on her alone anymore. Deepali has built the same habits into the team — the eye for detail, the discipline, the way she stays ahead of every conversation — and they've become how everyone here works. Whoever you deal with at India Pack, you get the same care she built the company on.

How it works
Think of us as your purchasing team in India — the on-the-ground procurement function you'd otherwise have to build yourself.
You share the spec — we benchmark it independently
You send your bag specification or RFQ. We shortlist qualified facilities matched to it, and in parallel our team calculates the correct fabric weight and a benchmark price in-house, before any factory quote comes back. That benchmark is the reference everything else is measured against.
We pressure-test every factory quote
We float your requirement to qualified factories, then compare their prices and fabric weights against our in-house benchmark. Where a quote or weight doesn't line up, we challenge it and get it corrected. You receive a quote we've already pressure-tested — most within 24 hours.
You approve, and order the factory directly
Once you approve, we disclose the manufacturer's name, details, and certifications. You raise the purchase order directly in the factory's name, or we issue a proforma invoice from them. You always know exactly who is producing your goods.
We confirm the order and set the timeline
With the PO or PI issued, we confirm the order, finalise the dispatch date, and build a stage-by-stage production timeline around it. For a first run at a new facility, we arrange a pre-production sample for your approval before bulk production begins.
We pre-check everything before it reaches you
We act as your level-one approval team. Before any artwork, print panel, label, or sample photo reaches you, our team reviews it against your spec and catches the obvious issues first. Clients see roughly 90–95% less rework on these approvals, which removes most of the back-and-forth. We then track each production stage against the timeline and pull in the right people if anything slips.
We manage dispatch, documents, and transit
As goods move to the port, we verify the draft invoice, packing list, container stuffing photos, and bill of lading. We coordinate shipping-agent details for FOB or vessel booking for CIF, monitor the container through gate-in and sailing, secure the final BL, and keep you updated until it's discharged at your facility. After delivery, we gather your feedback — and your next RFQ starts the cycle again.
