India Pack's procurement representation service places a local team in India to manage your packaging procurement — costing, negotiation, quality control, inspection, and documentation — while you keep your own factory relationships and commercials. We run the day-to-day work on the ground as an extension of your team.

It's built for end-users sourcing packaging for their own production lines who want direct factory relationships and control, but don't have the local presence or technical bandwidth to manage Indian suppliers from abroad. Instead of opening an India office or flying staff out for every issue, you get a procurement team already here — one that knows the factories, the specifications, and the market.

This is a new service, built on capability that isn't new: the same team and factory knowledge behind [10] years of packaging sourcing, now offered as a dedicated procurement function for your own supply chain.

Unlike our sourcing model, this is a transparent service engagement. You pay a defined retainer plus a volume-based fee, and you see exactly what you're paying for.

On-site inspection When an order warrants it, we inspect at the factory in person, checking technical parameters and load compliance against your approved specifications.

Remote / online inspection For routine orders or faster checks, we conduct online inspections — live video verification against specifications — giving you eyes on production without the cost of a site visit.
